How to determine the real information about a website? Who is the real Registrant? Which country the website is located in?

When a domain name is registered, some real information about this domain name is recorded by ICANN. These information are named Whois Info. You can obtain all of the Whois info on a given domain name (or by an IP address) such as Registrant, Organization or the ISP that owns the IP address, including the country, state, city, address, contact phone numbers and e-mails.

The Whois information is only for the domain name, not for the website. For example, some domains are registered in UK, but their websites are located in USA.
